At gruvTube™, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic: All 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International: Select countries. Shipping availability will be displayed at checkout.
If you do not see your country listed at checkout, we don't currently ship to your country. But feel free to reach out to us.

- Flat rate shipping: $15.00
- Free shipping on orders over $100.00.

- Rates vary based on destination and weight. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.
- Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

- Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is lost or delayed, please reach out to us at shop@gruvtube.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes required by their country.
- These charges are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.
8. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
9. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@gruvtube.com. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue.
10. Preorder Shipping
- Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Estimated shipping dates for preorder items will be communicated at the time of purchase.
