Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  2. Condition:
    1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    2. The product must be free of damage (excluding defects that occurred during shipping).
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    1. A valid order number or receipt must be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., straps with monograms).
  • Products marked as “final sale.”
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  3. Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Prepaid Labels: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement for a defective item:

  2. We’ll send a replacement once the original item is returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at shop@gruvtube.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for our review.
  3. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

International Orders
